Yoga at Sãna Spirit invites you to explore movement and meditation as a way to better health and wellbeing. Our classes combine slow, dynamic movements between poses (asana) with synchronized breath work (pranayama) to ground the body, balance the senses and build strength from within.
Our 1-hour practice consists of 45 minutes of movement and ends with a 15-minute meditation/relaxation (savasana). With continuous practice Yoga creates space to transform, heal and realign mind, body and spirit. All classes are run by a degree qualified Exercise Scientist, are suitable for beginners to intermediate and don’t rely on any previous exposure to Yoga. Our all-inclusive approach means students of all ages and genders are welcome to join.
