YIN Yoga is a slower-paced practice, with asanas (postures) held for a longer period of time. YIN yoga involves a variation of seated and lying poses that, when held for a period of time, deeply stretch and nourish our fascia. A wonderful practice for the body. Achievable for all levels with the help of props and an awareness of your body’s own limitations.
These classes have been crafted with a loving intention to give you an opportunity to really spend some time within your mind and body.
